Is it needed to do any warmup for these exercise days?? Any suggestions on what to do if so??

Great ideas here and thanks!!

Good question.

Most of the daily workouts include a warm-up period. Some, like today's Squat+Sprint, which do not include a warm-up should either be started at a more moderate pace and the intensity gradually increased, or a 3-5 minute aerobic warm-up should be performed (e.g. jumping jacks, jogging, etc.).

Actually I do have a ten-movement joint loosening combo that I teach that would be useful as a standard warm-up, but I have never posted it on the blog. I will plan to do so soon.

Thanks for the question.
