Great site and idea!

One question, though: Run-walk means what? Is it a specific way of exercising or just to walking when feeling too tired to run?

Warmly,
Joakim (Sweden)

Alternate running and (power/brisk) walking in whatever intervals you like. The interval you choose will depend on your personal conditioning and goals for the day.

I have often used 4min-Run/1min-Walk on longer runs. It helps keep me fresh and gives me a chance to control pacing, push a little harder, and push fluids when it is hot outside.
